SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY. We charge a flat shipping rate of $20 US for all orders. For international shipping, there is an additional shipping charge of $40 US (depending on destination) and the customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.  We do not ship on National Holidays.

RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your THISISCEMENT purchase, we accept refunds, exchanges   provided that you have met the timing requirements outlined below.
Please email us at sales@thisiscement.com within 14 days from your original ship date and include your name and order. We will issue you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We are not responsible for the shipping costs incurred on the return merchandise.

THISISCEMENT collects personal information when you shop online and register.
